For the last question, I would recommend adding Velcro shoulder pads to an understated top that you already own. A minimal 1980s peach crepe short-sleeved blouse of mine was transformed by this small mod. OR, since brooches are re-emerging, plunk an antique pin on a modern shirt (or a floral corsage).

For the diaper bag question, might I recommend a brand called Mina Baie? A friend of mine/my sister's launched it 10 years ago or so to solve this exact problem. Great quality, chic styles! You can buy DTC or at Neimans. I also appreciate question #6 :) I'm working on a brand to solve that question!

My question:

This is a clothes resell question. Wondering if those with overstuffed closets and undersized apartments could band together to host our own IRL closet sale, inspired by Sale of the Century, #neverworns, in New York City? Could you give your thoughts and suggestions on that idea?

My question:

1. Are there any sites/blogs/secret newsletters/networks that list the more private, high end designer sample sales in NYC hosted at designer showrooms? I feel like there may be a secret sample sale underground of employee only sample sales that the larger public can go to. Can you perhaps mention some sample sales in your writings if you learn of any? I am nostalgic for the pre-pandemic sample sales where you could actually get current styles in sample sizes for a steal.
