I didn't know red light therapy is best in the mornings—switching up my routine now! I have the same LED mask but have been using it in the evenings.

All this for what tho? To stay relevant? I’m tired just looking at it all!! Not fair that women have to go broke buying this stuff capitalism says we need but then we have to spend time putting it on and thinking about our own beauty the entire time?? Recently I went from having almost full Sensai range for facial, to more easy natural goods. My shower has a shampoo and a body soap. Just. My body creams are from the drugstore due to skin recent conditions. And indeed gut and emotional detox is the upmost routine you can do to yourself, that and air and sun. Skin is an external organ is the body’s final frontier and it urges for sun, air and nature contact.

Loved your input.
