What happens during fashion week? All of the collections that went down runways last fashion week arrive in stores. (Rains → pours.) While we were busy Reporting Live!, there were so many collections, collabs, and solo releases that we’re skipping sale coverage today to highlight more of what’s new.
Lots to finally buy from the fall lines—Kallmeyer’s matador pants and those wide-wale Tory Burch cords stand out. Meanwhile, Leset drops a surprise shoe collection, their first ever (love these silky mules), and of the many new bags that just came into existence, Fane’s Pli is the one I need soonest.
A lot happening on the home front, too, not just fashion: Yves Salomon Éditions debuts an in-house furniture line that builds on the shearling textiles it’s been developing over a slew of explorations and collaborations—yes, very sexy; Marine Serre does a crescent moon folding chair (?); and Maiden Home’s newest collection puts it further into the word of high-end furnishings (including an almost Chareau-ish stool I’m very happy to see).
I’m in London now, where fashion week is happening too! And Milan is next, which means the season’s new arrivals will keep coming. If you want to get in the Milanese spirit faster, Lucy Delius’ Sciura fine jewelry collection is exactly the stuff of slow-moving, glittering Italian donnas.

What’s new
St. Agni SS27 is now available for pre-order exclusively through Moda Operandi, and the selection is chock-full of creamy neutrals. The season’s best are the matching sets, like the wool blend cuffed pants and cami, as well as the statement pieces, like the deco fringe slip dress in a milky off-white for (the very good price of) $540. The ornate silk wool coat, cami, and minimal pants combine both of those worlds impeccably.
FW26 alert from the capital-L NYC Labels: From Kallmeyer, some excellently unexpected corduroy suiting and various pieces like the Ivette dress adorned with Art Deco-inspired beadwork. From Fforme, a lot of deliciously simple shift-y pieces like the Oriana dress and floor-length Noah coat. Finally, Tory Burch blesses us with a little extension on that ’40s bit she’s been running, with runway pieces like the purple jacquard shirtdress and bunny knot pump.
Some bag talk while the leaves turn: Lemaire’s newest sling bag named Care (it resembles a toiletry bag), and the sculptural Pli bag (designed to expand like a file folder) from Parisian brand Fane. Metier’s also got some newness for fall, like the Ease 24 clutch, and fresh, deep colors like the suede merlot version of the Private Eye. Then there’s Loewe’s rather weird $3,400 Whisker bag, a semi-smushed top handle (kinda?) shoulder bag (also kinda?), with long leather pulls on the double-zip closure that resemble kitten whiskers.
This is a skivvies-forward publication, in case you didn’t already know: Else has some classy new lingerie colors—midnight blue and an ecru-beige called oat milk—which look great in the stretch pointelle mesh Bella collection. Magasin-favorite Kye Intimates introduces the FW26 collection with some contour-hugging jersey basics, like these grey lounge pants and this baby tee.
Banana Republic and La Ligne announce their fall collaboration, one that infuses American classics with a pointed NYC flair. It’s all extra stripe-y as La Ligne is wont to do, with a bit of luxe-casual styling, like the suede wrap midi skirt paired with the boxy cotton striped tee. The poplin tunic is also a brilliant meeting of the minds (and it’s only in stock in two sizes).
Leset’s first shoe collection is somehow even better than we thought—big ups to them for designing for so many different consumers! Highlights are the Rose Mary Jane with some funky toe-windows on the vamp, the smoking slipper-esque Romy mule (the printed pair is fabulous), and the sportier, vintage-Merrel-reminiscent Sonny slip-on.
Cordera FW26 is wearing me (Maya) out. It’s the return of the dropwaist, the baggy long-sleeve with an even baggier bottom-heavy structured hoodie, and a personal favorite: the naughty little hand-beaded bag. This collection balances a “cool” feeling with relaxed silhouettes while remaining feminine, which is not an easy feat.
There’s a lot of new bling for fall in the “finer things in life” price category, if you catch our drift. Lucy Delius releases her new collection called Sciura, a bamboo-like deployment of antique finish gold and pave diamonds, where all pieces for everyday wear—from the $23k bangle to the $5,400 the huggie earrings—maintain the same sense of luxury. There are also some jewelry firsts, like Kindred Black’s foray into fine jewelry (and a strong one at that, the marble-like topaz locket is an inspired choice), as well as House of Wunder’s inaugural venture into fine jewelry and timepieces (we envision the Amplifier midi watch stacked with the Wunderflow bracelet). Plus, Sylvie Auray’s Little Heads collection at Carven, ceramic doll-like pendants held together with a twisted silk cord and gold-plated brass clasp.
Reformation’s FW26 campaign, titled “Good Sport,” features Olivia Jade wearing a curated collection of collegiate-prep pieces meant for cracking the books in crisper weather. The edit features items like the Jonie cashmere oversized scoopneck sweater and looks-good-with-baseball-cap Deja dress, as well as a tongue in cheek crewneck reading “College”—referencing both Animal House (1978) and the infamous admissions scandal Jade was embroiled in. We’ll give it to them, this is funny.
There’s also: A little something from Demna’s much-discussed Gucci, with some leather and logo moments mixed in among the irreverent printed silk crepe de chine skirts and dresses; Uniqlo U’s newest collection with some seriously unisex-y outerwear; Repetto x Yohji Yamamoto’s sold out (for now…) square-toed ballerina collaboration; the ponyhair clog-like shoe collaboration between TWP and Commbi; a rock n’ roll studded Birkenstock by Etro; the Hadid-led brand Guest In Residence launches its first denim collection with a suite of loose-legged silhouettes; Dorsey’s latest mossanite confections for fall; and the purple-washed FW26 Still Here collection.
Men’s releases
Gap x A.P.C. launches today, a moment of shared visual language between the two brands. As is to be expected, there are a lot of “just chillin” pants-jacket combos, like the deep olive corduroy relaxed straight pants paired with the lined Japanese denim jacket. There’s also an APC hoodie in the style of the iconic Gap collegiate-font hoodie, for those who like to partake in some sartorial word play.
There’s also: Kent’s clean, classic brief, the brand’s take on men’s tighty-whities; the first AW26 drop from Colbo, featuring some rather fetching canvas pieces like this half-zip; and the launch of UGG x Willy Chavarria, a comfy suite of boots inspired by the hard-edged culture of leather.
Home releases
The poet and the painter, once separated from the contemporary world via their art, are now joining it in this Olive Ateliers collection. Inspired by the oft-alienating qualities of poetry or painting, the selection features American-pastoral-classic slipcover pieces like the Maud chair and ottoman, as well as antique-washed hutch cabinets like the Hilltop.
Maiden Home introduces FW26 in a big way, casement sofas and all. A lot of the collection is inspired by Brazilian modernism, with all the necessary nods to Sergio Rodriguez and Percival Lafer in the Aria mirror, Strata console, and a personal favorite, the leather-worked Fio stool. Festen Architecture also announces its first furniture collection with some elevated primary colors: an off-ochre low-to-the-ground armless couch, dingy-chic blue patinated bronze wall sconce, and off-tomato red slipcover-style chair.
Yves Salomon Editions’s first interior collection is an ode to the fainting couch, and associated furniture acts; the Moka daybed and the Dune pouf are perfect for necessary lounging. There’s an array of accessory cushions in ultrasoft merino shearling to serve as accoutrements, too.
In case you’ve ever wanted a branded seat, Marine Serre and Chaisor have collaborated on folding chairs in the all-over moon motif. This is artist Sarah Coleman’s influence—the woman who made a design habit of turning some spare Louis Vuitton bags into upholstery for various chairs a decade ago.
There’s also: the new ridged stainless steel echo fruit bowl from Service Projects; Collina Strada’s graphic interiors collection with Layered; the Sander Lak-designed textiles for Maharam, including the purple, fleece-like Bolero; some new hand-crafted pieces in the artisanal lighting category by Abask, in whimsical materials and shapes like the Yuxuan Huang hand-painted paper table lamp in the shape of a butterfly; and the thick, caramel scent of the new Flamingo Estate Croquembouche candle.
