the rome shopping here is*chefs kiss* feel like its an often overlooked shopping city!
love schostal,sm novella (esp the one in firenze) and atelier bomba! i picked up some gammeralli pope socks (did you see the little baby ones too? got them for a friends newborn)
fabrica roma - had some great vintage prada few weeks ago when i was there + chez dede for homewares.
also found an incredible little homewares shop where louis poulsen and italian vintage lighting was at absurdly great prices - dispensabile. they dont much of an online prescence but the store is multi level and full of great homewares mostly found in europe.
I've just booked a trip to Rome and added all these places to my list. I've been a few times before but have never done much shopping (that's changing this time around!) Do you remember the name of the homeware shop?
yes! its called dispensabile. they dont really show up on google maps but here it is on insta: https://www.instagram.com/dispensabile/?hl=en. they were having an excellent sale a few weeks ago! also check out emporio centrale...which isnt far from the shop. in the same area is a good costume jewelry shop called cotton club.
It actually was space, and i had only heard bad things before i went lol. it was very worthwhile for me as i was looking for runway RTW specifically, but i could see it being a wash for someone looking for shoes/bags only
Don’t even .. w atelier Bomba. So entirely obsessed &’wear my knits & coats from there w extraordinary happiness.. as well as a ???brass horse insignia ring I don’t take off & I’ve labored over whether the apron dress is really just too sound of music & do I really care? 💕💕💕💕
yes!!! i loved discovering that they made shoes + other random accessories/homewares beyond the knits that I knew them for. everything is such a treasure <3
