My question: As we approach summer in NYC, what are some fashionable yet practical (e.g., machine-washable, no need to be TOO precious) summer pieces?

Hi! Here’s my question- I’m slowly getting back to myself after having a baby 2 years ago and I’m looking for a bag that can do double duty when I’m with my son AND when I’m baby-less and on my own. Functionality is key (spacious yet light weight and fairly durable) but I also want to look pulled together and not schleppy. Basically I want to look childless even though I have a child ha. I’ve been eyeing Tomas Maier era Bottega hobos cause they seem to fit the bill. I missed the one you sold on Vestiare… was that a large? Did it hold a lot? Any ideas on what to look for specifically second hand on those or other bags to consider (new or second hand)? TIA!!

I second this! I was using a Telfar shopper for my diaper bag for some time, and am ready for something new

Question for the fast approaching summer: what are some cute and comfortable shoes for walking? Not a bulky gym shoe or adidas sambas. Something that will be good for a walk in the park, but could also work well for a long night out 🌉

About four or five years ago, I bought a simple non-crinkly white double gauze button down shirt from Everlane. It was perfect - it was breathable, not too sheer, and draped like a charm - as comfortable and appropriate in an office setting as it was on a beach. I wore it and wore it and now the poor thing is a bit sad, somewhat misshapen and slightly gray (despite bleaching and sunning and all manner of recommended whitening activities). I have looked high and low for a double gauze shirt that is non-crinkly/non-bubbly to no avail. Can you recommend something that will fill that “Perfect Gauze Shirt” sized hole in my closet and heart?

My husband lost his Adsum Alpine jacket which is so upsetting in part because it was new and also because it looked great on him. It would hurt to pay $600 for a new one, especially because so many coats are on sale right. Any intel on the best men’s winter coat currently on sale? As a loyal follower on Magasin, I’d so appreciate your feedback!

Hi there! My question is: What is the ideal spring coat? What are the elements of dressing for spring? I am new to the city and have been baffled by my ill-prepared wardrobe for the much anticipated, and seemingly still cold, season of spring.
