199: The SSENSE sale ends at midnight

We’re in the throes of a NYFW content bloc right now, but it has become critical to pause and take stock of the fact that the SSENSE sale is ending tonight at 11:59pm ET.

On my latest comprehensive audit of the pages upon pages of deals that seem to extend past the vanishing point and into the horizon, I let some lingering ideas from the past week inspire me to open tabs. And while when the sale gates first opened, I might have been shopping to preemptively armor myself for winter, my mind is now on an incredulously imminent spring.

So far I’ve last-chance purchased a pair of Corali earrings that I’ve been flirting with for eons and, being of the philosophy that Issey is always a good idea, a Pleats Please long sleeve that I’m most interested in using as an accessory (tied around the neck, the waist, slung cross-body). I’m meditating on these Wales Bonner puka shell loafers whose last remaining pair are in my size, and if they’re still around by end of day, I’m pulling the trigger.
