no you're 100% right with this - i actually had linked out to a pair of martinianos in a previous draft of this send but it got nixed in edits. if martiniano made a knee-high version of the glove it would absolutely kill !!

Am so happy I got those white Veronica’s ~ I wore on my “wTF am I doing going to Italy but thank GOD I did “ trip in October. No break in & sometimes no socks & they didn’t scrape up my delicate shins like most boots (looking at those fab Bruno C’s as much as I love that beaded sparkly tongue I can already picture the bandaids on my bare shins... 🤣
